by in Supplements September 25, 2020

Vitamin D is a group consisting of five oil-soluble compounds and its function is an optimal multi-systemic balance and important for every function and need of our body.

Vitamin D is not only important for the management of the calcium economy and its flow in the human body, but also has a dramatic and important role for the whole body.

Note that the vitamin D group was first discovered by Elmer McCollum in the early 1920s and it was he who gave the name D.

It is very important to understand that vitamin D requires a quality external supply

Out of this, proper nutrition is not enough. Vitamin D is also used as an important treatment tool in my clinic.

In the last 30 years, there has been a great deal of research interest in vitamin D as a deficiency in it causes many problems such as muscle weakness, metabolic disorders of the bone, a variety of diseases, mental state and more.

Vitamin D participates in the control, absorption and assimilation functions of mineral groups, especially calcium and phosphorus in the bones.

 In addition,

it is important for the proper functioning of the immune system, proper and controlled division of body cells (cancer), monitoring of insulin levels and more.

Source and metabolism of vitamin D.

it exists as D-2 (ergocalciprole) derived from plants, yeast and fungus Vitamin D-3 (cholecalciprole) is produced in the skin of humans and animals.

it is formed in the body through internal production in the skin but also from proper absorption of food and nutritional supplements.

Vita D is also produced through exposure to the sun’s rays.

Note that animal products are also similar to fish rich in vitamin D, although the levels of infection to which they are exposed impair its quality.

It is important to understand that vitamin D in food is limited.

For example, you need to eat about 150 eggs to get the recommended dose (which is not possible in practice).
